I really enjoyed the enjoyed the event. I was able to hear different testimonies including
the inspiring story of Jessica Home. Her story literally hit home since I dealt with
domestic violence as well in the past. Her story was an example of what it looks like to
make a decision not to accept toxicity in love. Some think they go hand and hand, but

she unveils the truth that they do not. I hope she continues to share her testimony in
hopes to empower others to do the same.

the things we are passionate about.

Listening to Jessica Homes share her story about the domestic violence she’s been
through instantly filled me with empathy. Her words took me right back to those tough
moments when I watched my mom suffer from domestic violence at the hands of my
dad and stepdad. It was a painful reminder of those dark times.

What really stood out was the immense respect I felt for Jessica. So many women don’t
make it out alive or with the mental strength she has. Her story is a testament to how
women can rebuild themselves, let God restore them, and emerge stronger and more
open-hearted. She’s living proof that resilience and strength can come from the darkest
places.

I’ve also been a victim of domestic violence in different aspects of my life. Hearing
Jessica’s story, I see why we connected so deeply. God has a way of bringing the right
people together, creating something powerful and healing. Jessica's courage and
openness have reminded me of the importance of speaking out and supporting one
another through these trials.

Thank you, Jessica, for sharing your story and allowing me to stand with you. Your
bravery and resilience are truly inspiring.
